As much as I would like to accommodate the requests for "prerogrative enlistment", I regret to inform students that UP policies need to be observed. Please proceed to the Chemical Engineering Department and ask Ate Pam for other open sections (a new one was created and as of June 5 2008, 25 slots are still available). Once this section (and others) are full, I may consider accepting "prerogs".
